NHS Hardwick CCG

NHS Hardwick Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG or ‘Hardwick’) is made up of 16 practices in North-Eastern Derbyshire who have chosen to work closely together to use their new commissioning powers to commission (purchase) services which will lift the health of the people of the area.

Practices are represented by GPs serving on the governing body, which also includes the chair of our practice managers group, a secondary care doctor and two lay members, local authority and public health representation, as well as management representatives.
