This dataset provides a summary of Regulated Imports by Commodity in 2013. Certain living plant material (e.g. plants for planting, some fruit, vegetables and cut flowers) is subject to formal plant health controls when imported, including the provision of a phytosanitary certificate. 'Phytosanitary Certificates' are produced by APHA (or an overseas equivalent agency) to certify that a plant commodity is healthy prior to export. These materials are described as 'regulated'. This dataset includes the fields: Botanical Name, Country of Origin, Year, Total Weight (kg), Number of consignments. Attribution statement: ©Crown Copyright, APHA 2016
