St Albans City and District Council Section 106 Agreements

Planning consents subject to Section 106 agreements, allowing the Authority to enter a legally binding agreement with the developer. They are generally used to support the provision of services and infrastructure, such as highways, recreational facilities, education, health and affordable housing.
