Nematode assemblages from field-sampling and lab based disturbance experiments from the Exe and Lynher estuaries 1995 - 1997

Data consists of presense data of nematode worms, from both sand and mud habitats, in the form of count data. Data were collected from both the Exe estuary and the Lynher estuary between August 1995 and May 1997. The csv file entitled "nematodes_field_exe_lynher_1995_1997" contains data from field collected sediments. The csv files entitled "nematodes_mud_lab_1995_1997" and "nematodes_sand_lab_1995_1997" contains data from laboratory experimental treatments sumulating different types of disturbance, including physical disturbance, biological disturbance and organic enrichment. The Read Me describes the conditions of each microcosm from these experiments.
