Used as a planning constraint to trigger consultations - this was the suggested outcome following a complaint to ensure appropriate parties are consulted on any new planning applications / development on the site.
The constraint covers the Greymare Farm site. It triggers a consultation to the Residents of Detchant Association (RODA).
