British Geological Survey (BGS) Sampling Survey 1969/12: Beach/Tidal zone: Firth of Forth (12/Nov/1969 to 28/Nov/1969)

This British Geological Survey (BGS) marine sampling survey took place in 1969 in the Firth of Forth using a zodiac inflatable boat or by accessing beaches on foot. The purpose was to collect beach samples as part of an offshore regional geological mapping programme. Beach/seabed samples were collected by hand. These data are archived by BGS.
